In this second edition of the Open City Biennial, we aim to open up debates on fundamental issues in the most accessible way possible, taking advantage of the city's public spaces and the network of organizations, facilities, and groups interested in participating. We live in a world, a country, and a city that are intensely experiencing this set of transitions, and we must seize every opportunity to create spaces for reflection and debate that will help us collectively confront these challenges.
