All orders are shipped from Spain with DHL Express.

We ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) , which means import duties and taxes are included.
The customer will not have to pay any additional charges upon receiving the order.

Shipping costs include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain.

Orders to the US:
All orders to the United States are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) . This means all taxes and duties are included in the price from the moment of purchase, and you won't have to pay anything upon receiving your order. This measure applies according to new regulations in effect since August 2025.

Orders to the rest of the world:
For other countries, taxes and duties are not included in the price , because each country has its own import rules.
But don't worry: in most cases, if your order is under €150, it's highly unlikely you'll have to pay anything extra. Only higher-value orders may be subject to customs charges.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Our courier services make up to two delivery attempts. If on the first attempt there is no one available to receive the package, the carrier will contact you via the phone number provided on the order to coordinate a second delivery.

If you're in Barcelona, we offer the option to pick up your order at our store located in the El Born neighborhood. During the checkout process, select "in-store pickup" as your shipping method. We'll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to make a return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email shop@demano.net. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the process.

For returns within mainland Spain, we offer free return shipping. For international returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective items or order errors.
