• The shipping cost is calculated according to the weight and volume of the package. If you place an order with several items that together do not exceed a certain weight range, the shipping cost will not increase. You can calculate this at the time of your purchase.

Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain. However, for international shipments outside the European Union, import taxes, duties or other charges may apply depending on local regulations. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the relevant customs or tax authorities.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Our courier services make up to two delivery attempts. If on the first attempt there is no one available to receive the package, the carrier will contact you via the phone number provided on the order to coordinate a second delivery.

If you're in Barcelona, we offer the option to pick up your order at our store located in the El Born neighborhood. During the checkout process, select "in-store pickup" as your shipping method. We'll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to make a return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email shop@demano.net. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the process.

For returns from the UK, we offer free returns. For international returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors in the order.
